Wildgrass Bandung, Good Place to Chill

Another post from my Bandung trip, again! and this is the time for another trending spot and one of the highly recommended spot in Bandung, WILDGRASS. We came here as the last stop before heading back to Jakarta, and it was such a good ending for our short trip.

WildGrass Bandung taking place at Ciumbuleuit and very close to Miss Bee Providore, which also owned by Altima Group like Nanny’s Pavillon, and Porto both in Bandung and the one in Gading Serpong. The restaurant has two levels and both outdoor and semi-outdoor area, location wise was just perfect, and I love how the nuances there give me a relaxing with and a slight chill breeze.

As this was our last stop, and most of us were already quite full, we didn’t try much from one to another. It looks like we order much, but each of us didn’t try every single thing on the table. Anyway, here we go, started with the drinks :

Dreamland, IDR 37k

It was my friend who order this, but looking at the appearance, it was pretty right? A combination of sweet and sour taste and cotton candy inside the glass.

Lembang Sangria, IDR 59k

Its huge indeed, a sharing portion of mocktail, a mix of traditional tea, cranberry juice, orange, topped with soda and slices of fruit.

Cloudy Sunset, IDR 35k

Didn’t take a picture for this, but I remember that this drink doesnt suit to my liking at all. I was expecting a refreshing mix of pineapple, orange, with soda as their claim. The combination looks fine if we think pineapple, orange and soda, but, I don’t know why, my feeling is that they don’t use a good quality pineapple juice?

Gorgeous Fries, IDR 35k

French fries as you know it, tossed with salty and cajun pepper and lime. Simple, but its good as an opening snack.

Chicken Wings, IDR 45k

Didn’t try this but it looks good from my eye, what do you think? And also its confirmed by my friends that this Chicken Wings using terasi sauce as the dressing, and lift up the flavour. Guess you should try then!

Tomyum Pasta, IDR 69k

Hell yeah, my eyes were stuck to this pasta from the menu book, and I can’t think any other foods to order. It was beautifully shot in the menu, showing all the herbs and spices, like its calling you non-stop to order this pasta.

When it came to my table? Well, kinda sad from the look, but saved by the flavor. It was good, bold and spicy enough. Almost hit my expectation.

Deconstructed Banofie Pie, IDR 45k

My friend’s sweet ending which I didn’t try haha!

For me, WildGrass Bandung is a must place to go, I really love the ambience and the atmosphere there, I believe it was better because it was rainy quite often in the morning and the day before so it really supports my experience here. Service was good as we didn’t meet any trouble during the visit, and foods are quite okay.
